Impasco’s new step to improve organizational performance; coaching on managers’ agenda
In order to develop managerial competencies and enhance the necessary soft skills, Impasco's training unit held a half-day managerial coaching workshop with the presence of senior managers.

According to the ” Madan Nameh ” news website, this training workshop was held in cooperation with the Middle East Coaching Ways School to develop managerial competencies and enhance leadership skills.
In this course, managers were introduced to the concepts and principles of coaching, growth mindset , communication skills, effective questioning, active listening, employee empowerment, coaching culture in the organization, and the role of coaching in improving individual and team performance.
It is worth noting that this half-day training workshop was held with the aim of developing new leadership approaches and strengthening the learning culture in the organization.
