A family meeting was held; 450 rials in cash dividends were awarded per share.

According to the ” Madan Nameh ” news website,  the annual general meeting of the National Iranian Copper Industries Company was held this evening, Wednesday, July 21, 1405, at the International Conference Center of the Iranian Broadcasting Corporation, chaired by Dr. Masoud Sami’inejad, Chairman of the Executive Board of IMIDRO .

At this meeting, the performance report of the Board of Directors and the report of the auditor and statutory inspector on the financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 19, 2025 were presented, and the company’s financial statements were approved by the shareholders. Also, the meeting approved the distribution of cash dividends equivalent to 450 rials per share.

The selection of the main and alternate auditor and statutory inspector for the fiscal year 1405, the determination of the company’s widely circulated newspaper, the determination of the remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors, the remuneration of non-executive members, and the specialized committees of the Board of Directors were among other agenda items of this assembly, which were approved by the shareholders after review.

According to other resolutions of the assembly, Donyayeh Eqtesad newspaper was selected as the company’s most widely circulated newspaper for 1405, and the auditing firms Niktadbir and Hoshyar Momayez were selected as the company’s independent auditor and main and substitute legal inspector, respectively.
