The annual general meeting of the Zarshuran Gold Mines and Mining Industries Development Company was held with the presence of representatives of shareholders and managers of Impasco, during which the company's financial performance in the past fiscal year was assessed as acceptable and fair.
According to the ” Madan Nameh ” news website, Omid Emami, CEO of Iran Minerals Procurement and Production Company, and Jafar Sadeq Eskandari, CEO of Zarshuran Gold Company , were present at this meeting, which was held with the aim of reviewing performance, formulating future strategies, and clarifying the financial situation .
In this assembly, while reviewing the report of the board of directors and the legal inspector, the financial statements of the Zarshuran Gold Company were discussed and exchanged, and were finally approved with an acceptable and fair vote.
