According to the ” Madan Nameh ” news website, the extraordinary general assembly of the National Iranian Copper Industries Company was held this evening, Wednesday, July 21, with the presence of more than 73% of shareholders and chaired by Dr. Masoud Sami’inejad, and the shareholders approved a 37.14% increase in the company’s capital from retained earnings.
Accordingly, the capital of the National Iranian Copper Industries Company increased from 105 trillion tomans (105 hemats) to 144 trillion tomans (144 hemats).
This capital increase was approved with the aim of strengthening the company’s financial structure and supporting the development plans and strategic investments of the National Iranian Copper Industries Company.
